Keshcarrigan is an angling center right on Lough Scur beside Lakeside Cottages. With its Marina and good pubs this is a good place to begin and end a great days fishing! On Lough Scur you can fish for Bream, Roach, hybrids and Pearch or move on to Kesh Lake, Carrickport Lake, Castlefore Lake and down the Shannon Erne Waterway.

Drumshanbo is a beautiful little town sitting on the first great lake of the River Shannon-Lough Allen, and just three miles from Lakeside Cottages. Lough Allen is one of the premier Pike waters in Ireland, with a diversity of fishing conditions that will keep most anglers challenged and happy. Certain areas in the vicinity such as Holly Island and Corlough have been developed specifically with the angler in mind, with improved road and bank access. Drumgorman Lake has 15 single fishing stands and like many of the other lakes is welcoming to the avid angler.
While staying at Lakeside cottages you also gain complimentary access to the private Lough Allen Hotel Spa and Gym, so if after a hard days fishing you would like to sit in a hot tub, sauna, steam room or just swim in the indoor pool, each of our cottages has its own private membership. Massages and other beauty treatments are also available by the excellent staff at the spa at cost.
